At Lifelong Supports, we are dedicated to empowering individuals and shaping brighter futures. We have been an integral part of the Ingham and Hinchinbrook community, providing essential support services for people living with disabilities or health challenges and now for older Australians. We offer Support Coordination, Supported Independent Living (SIL), Community Access (CA), and Short-Term Accommodation (STA) supports for individuals with disability. We also provide Aged Care In Home and Community Access services. We are proud to be an independent, locally based not-for-profit, committed to delivering reliable, high-quality care that individuals and their families can depend on.
