LEAP Support Services Tasmania provides NDIS-funded support to people on Tasmania's North West Coast. Services include supported accommodation (permanent or transitional), one-to-one support in home and community settings, short and medium-term respite accommodation, and coordination of supports. All supports aim to build skills and maximise independence for participants.
