Our counsellors specialise in working with children, adolescents and adults. We draw on the most up to date, evidence based approaches to mental health treatment in order to ensure the best outcomes for all clients. We draw on a range of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Positive Psychology and Mindfulness. Choose from Telehealth phone or video sessions as well as face to face bookings in our clinic. We offer a range of affordable payment options for eligible clients including medicare rebates.
