Welcome. I invite you to my services to improve mental health, for people of all ages to manage trauma symptoms, depression, anxiety, relationship with money, work and life direction and other mental health challenges. I use an eclectic approach with my clients, including mindfulness, visualisation, cognitive behaviour therapy, emotion focused therapy and EMDR. I will ensure you feel heard, review sessions for best outcomes, respect your story and journey, and work collaboratively to determine goals and treatment plan. I have been working as a counsellor for over 11 years and now a registered psychologist who works in Preston and Essendon areas as well as Telehealth.
