About Island Psychology
With spaces in Bendigo and Castlemaine we specialise in working with couples, children and adolescents, along with a broad spectrum of evidence-based psychological interventions for mental health issues related to Depression, Anxiety, Trauma and Addiction through the lifespan. Island Psychology aims to offer a place of safe refuge amidst the chaotic sea of life that often surrounds us. Through using therapy we hope to help clients ground themselves in the present and come to accept and acknowledge the things that are not within our control and attend and focus on building meaning through the things that are in our control.
