About Ikaika: Integrated Recovery & Performance
Physiotherapy practice utilising a holistic, evidence-based approach to treatment with a focus on musculoskeletal injuries, sport performance, injury prevention, chronic pain management, and treatment for dizziness and vertigo. Massage and dry needling also available. In collaboration with the patient, we aim to find permanent solutions to problems instead of providing a temporary, band-aid fix of the symptoms. Traditional physiotherapy, strength and conditioning and personal training are integrated to give patients optimal outcomes.
