About Heart to Hold Foundation
Heart2Hold Foundation is a NDIS Service Provider based in Adelaide, South Australia. We have entered into a partnership with the NDIS in order to work towards the transformation of the way in which services are provided to people who are living with disabilities. We are aware of the impact that a person’s disability may have on their functional capacity, whether it be personal care, social interaction, employment opportunities, communication, learning ability, mobility, or the ability to manage day-to-day chores. Heart2Hold takes a Person-Centre, holistic approach in order to fulfil the requirements of our participants and help them accomplish their goals and aspirations.
