About Grow Therapies Blue Mountains
We are an Occupational Therapy (OT) practice providing evidence-based paediatric services in the clinic, home and community to children aged 0 to 16 years of age in the lower Blue Mountains. Paediatric OT helps children of all ages with physical, sensory, or cognitive challenges be as independent as possible in all areas of their lives. We can help with fine and gross motor skills, self care skills (such as showering, dressing, toileting and eating), handwriting and school readiness, play, visual perception, interoception, regulation and sensory processing. We use a family centred approach which means we tailor therapy to the needs of each child and their family. We love to help children reach their potential and thrive.
