About GenU Busselton
Founded in Geelong, regional Victoria, in 1952, genU has evolved from a small play centre into one of Australia’s largest care providers, dedicated to building inclusive communities nationwide. Throughout our 70-plus-year history, genU has brought together several other organisations that make us who we are today, including our founding organisations—Karingal and St Laurence—as well as West Australian-based Activ Foundation, which became part of genU on 1 July 2024. We support people in a deep and holistic way.
