Friendly Hearts is a disability support organisation dedicated to making life easier for individuals with disabilities and their families. We understand the challenges families face when navigating the NDIS. Our mission is to ease that burden by offering hands-on support, guidance, and care tailored to the unique needs of each participant. As a farm-based organisation, we are able to incorporate our passion for animal rescue with our mission to help disabled individuals improve their quality of life. Our farm, located in the Scenic Rim area, provides a calm, judgment-free environment where people can slow down and experience the benefits of connecting with nature.
