At Enabled, we do things a little differently! We are a proudly female-owned and operated organisation with an all-female team; built on the belief that people deserve support that is not only professional, but genuinely caring. We show up, we follow through and we don’t treat this work like “just a job.” Our founder and Managing Director, Tahlya O’Toole, established Enabled with the same high standard of care she expects for her own younger siblings. That lived experience sits at the heart of everything we do and is why Tahlya was awarded the 2025 ACT Chief Minister’s Award for Excellence in Access and Inclusion. Every day, our team brings warmth, consistency and heart to the people we support!
