Empowr Health Collective is a psychology-led allied health clinic in Nelson Bay, proudly serving Port Stephens and surrounding areas. We provide therapy and comprehensive assessments for children, adolescents, and adults, including ADHD and autism (ASD) assessments. Our experienced team supports anxiety, trauma (including EMDR), depression, grief, relationship challenges, and life transitions.
