About Empower Possibility Supports
Empower Possibility Supports (EPS) provides Peer Mentoring and Plan Empowerment Coaching to help individuals with disabilities build independence, confidence, and social connection. Our Peer Mentors support participants to develop life skills, explore their interests, and engage with the community - without offering personal care. Our Plan Empowerment Coaching helps participants better understand and utilise their NDIS funding through a free consultation and one-off coaching session. Based in Geelong, we’re committed to respectful, empowering, and inclusive support tailored to each person’s goals.
