About Donna's Paediatric Occupational Therapy Ltd. Pty.
We are now offering online therapy with Telehealth. Based in Marsden Park, offering services locally and nationwide. Specialising in children under 12. "I started this private practice in the United States, and brought it to Australia to provide a dedicated, focused, and more personal therapy for children". "If you want the best treatment for your child, you will find it right here. I know that each child is unique, in so many ways. After I assess the child, I develop a customised treatment plan to address their individual needs. I also encourage parents to become involved with the therapy. I tend to discourage the use of mobile phones and tablets, in order to develop the child's imagination and social interactions."

Unprofessional woman who let her husband called me and not my husband to cancel my son’s appt with her. My husband was the one always with my son every session. So coward to let her husband do the talking instead of her. All about money for her. First session, my husband was clear that the budget should not go over $200 as per NDIS funding and he received response from Donna as ‘Okay, stick to the budget!’ With a sarcastic tone. After few sessions, the last session my son had with her went beyond the time alloted and my husband was worried that it will go over the budget but it is not for him to stop Donna for doing what she is doing. My husband was concerned about this and of course Donna would demand for a higher payment. Donna said ‘your son was enjoying . Right after the therapy when my son and husband left the place, an unknown number called me, I picked up the phone and a man said he is Donna’s husband telling me that he has to cancel future appointments for my son with the OT. Donna’s husband said there is a conflict of interest and there’s a delayed payment which was so easy to resolve for a simple communication from NDIS. I told him clearly that it is not my husband’s job to time the therapist and ti tell therapist when or until what time she should stop the session. Donna in the future do the communication yourself and straight to the parent who was with your client. Be professional and you are old enough to know how to handle this kind of conflict and accept your mistakes too. There should be a resolution first that in the next appt you will stick to the time so we will stick to the same payment not cancel straight away! We even requested to stay with her nit because she was good but because it was not easy to find a replacement. No notice given My son was never given a chance luckily we found a better one way wag better! More effective, professional and with the heart for the children not just for their pockets
