About Developmental Disability WA (DDWA)
DDWA is a not-for-profit organisation that has been supporting people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, such as Autism, and their families since 1985. We offer free membership to individuals interested in advancing the rights and needs of people with disability. We provide online resources and information across key areas for people with developmental and intellectual disabilities in Western Australia. Our services include workshops to increase knowledge, advice on self-advocacy, and specialist education advocacy for WA families of school-aged children. We foster an active network to build community. DDWA is also registered to provide NDIS Independent Support Coordination.
