About Crosslinks - Disability Support Services
Crosslinks is a NDIS registered, not-for-profit, disability service provider. We have been supporting people with mild, moderate, and complex intellectual disabilities since 1996. Our services include Supported Independent Living (SIL), Community Participation (including adult and youth social clubs), and Support Coordination. We are based in Midland and provide services to NDIS participants in Perth’s eastern suburbs and surrounds. Our team of more than 220 caring, qualified staff are dedicated to bringing out the best in our participants, encouraging friendships and helping to connect people with their community.
