Plan Management is a service funded through the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and if included in your NDIS Plan there is no additional cost to the participant. Plan Management assists and supports NDIS Participants to manage their NDIS funding. Plan Managed participants can engage services from registered or unregistered providers. CPS Choice Plan Services is dedicated, focused and committed to all our NDIS Participants in Southwest Victoria along the Great Ocean Road. Our office is based in Warrnambool, we provide specialised NDIS Plan Management services whilst delivering a personalised experience.
