About Connective Occupational Therapy
Connective OT provides mobile occupational therapy for adults across the Barossa Valley, Gawler, Adelaide Hills and Northern Adelaide. Led by Ashleigh Koch, we deliver person-centred, evidence-based care in your home or everyday environment.Our services include functional capacity assessments, home modifications, assistive technology, and in-home therapy. We support adults with physical, neurological, psychosocial or intellectual disability.We work with NDIS participants (self and plan managed), families and support coordinators from first contact through to assessment, therapy and recommendations. Home Care Packages and private funding also accepted.Therapy that is grounded, practical and connected to what matters most in daily life.
