Community Based Support (CBS) is a not-for-profit Tasmanian organisation delivering aged care and disability services to enable people to live safely in their homes and enjoy access to the community as they wish. Our work ensures quality of life is enhanced by providing a range of support services that are tailored to meet individual needs and goals to maximise independence. We specialise in Home Care Packages and NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) services.
