We offer services that make a positive impact on the individual lives of people with disability from the age of 16 to over 65 years. CHWG is an all-around support team of medical specialists from Clinical Nurses, RNs, ENs, Disability Support Workers, Cleaners, Gardeners, Domestic assistants, Drivers & Allied Health (OT, PT, and Counsellor).
