With 20 years experience, we work with different presentations including anxiety, depression, emotion regulation, self-esteem, social skills, adjustment issues, parenting and post natal depression just to name a few. We are located in Pymble with warm and inviting rooms for face to face counselling as well as having the flexibility of tele-health or online counselling if preferred. The world is changing around us at a very fast pace.
