Brain Injury Awareness and Support Queensland is a resource and support organisation focused on providing support to those who have an Aquired Brain Injury and for those who love or care for the 1.9% of Australians who have an acquired or traumatic brain injury. Brain Injury Awareness and Support Queensland also provides a resource page aimed at raising awareness of the many obstacles faced by those who have a brain injury and address the lack of understanding within not only the general community but quite often the medical community as well. Brain Injury is a journey not a destination and it's impacts more often than not are lifelong yet like so many with invisible disabilities their vioces go unheard andr forgotten by our politicians
