About Beyond. Making it Happen!
Beyond. Making it Happen! is an NDIS-funded employment support program for people with support needs aged 14 and over. The program offers two modules—Work Discovery and Work Fit—delivered in small groups or one-on-one to help people explore career interests, develop job-ready skills, gain work experience, and find and maintain employment. Support includes resume writing, interview preparation, job searching, on-the-job training, and workplace mentoring.
