Founded in 2019, a group of health-care professionals gathered and formed the company with a vision of establishing support, activities and provide quality service that would enable individuals to choose and cultivate their potentials. The team believes that individuals should have the choice and control of their lives. During the first group engagement, they have decided to come up with a company name that would give them a distinct feature.
