Australian Network Care is a registered NDIS provider. We believe in putting people first and improve their lives, hence we assist people with disability to achieve their goals and have greater independence with improved wellbeing. We offer personal care, domestic assistance, community participation, home maintenance, transport services, allied health, support coordination, mobility equipment and more. With the aim of building independence, our dedicated team is committed to providing a high level of support and services to people with special needs for all ages at home and in the community. We also provide safe, Specialised Disability Accommodation (SDAs) & Supported Independent Living (SILs) for people with high support needs.
