Assist Allied Health, established in 2023, is a physiotherapy clinic dedicated to the well-being of the Redlands community. Our holistic approach focuses on injury prevention throughout life's stages, with particular interest in women's health issues- from pregnancy through to post-natal support and menopause. Pelvic girdle pain, pelvic floor strengthening and low back pain in pregnancy are common conditions we treat. With a blend of Orthopedic Manual Therapy and dry needling, we effectively treat various conditions, including headaches, neck and back disorders. Our state-of-the-art on-site gym promotes rehabilitation across all disciplines while extending our reach beyond the clinic walls through mobile in-community visits.
