About Altura Care
Altura Care is committed to helping the frail elderly and people with disabilities to live independently in their homes. We support and encourage individuals to achieve agreed and realistic objectives. We encourage our staff to embrace enablement and help the elderly regain some of the skills they may have lost because of poor health or impairment. We believe in quality health care as a basic human right which must be available, coordinated with other human services when necessary, and provided in a comprehensive manner that enhances quality of life and promotes independence.
