National Care Plus has been working together since 1990 with transport services for childeren with a disability. Since then we have broaded our assistance and have built more options, such as Video support and Driving Leasons. These plans are approved by NDIS - funding area: capacity - building support to understand participants goal & references. We exist to resolve issues for people with disabilities. Every individual has rights to communicate with ease & understanding within whom ever they choose. They deserve to be appropriately & adequately supported to achieve these choices.
