Giving Tree Care Pty Ltd is for the participant who manages the NDIS plan by Plan management or Self-management. Since every participant has different needs and goal, we are helping the participants and/or the participant's representative for setting goal, service planning, service connection, service delivery and plan review through 1:1 preparation plan consultation. As well as, since it is important the configuration of necessary services within a limited plan budgets and support categories, we are helping to set goals and to prepare the review so that you can receive stable and continuous services.
