We are a home visit boutique team of clinical nurse consultants with a client centric and evidence based approach to the physical wellness of NDIS Participants. We share more than 40 years combined experience within the nursing domain. We have well established professional rapports with multidisciplinary clinicians, government and non government organisations within the local area and see this as an essential part of supporting the journey for our clients. We provide home visits to participants with an NDIS plan and will collaborate with other community professionals for your optimal outcomes. We care about contributing to your quality of life.
