1Life Physio is a mobile Physiotherapy service providing sessions to people in the Illawarra and Shoalhaven regions of NSW. We provide a range of services in the location that best suits you. We see children and adults and are registered providers through the NDIS. At 1Life Physio we provide you with assessment to work out where you need assistance. We help you to achieve your goals through personalised goal based physiotherapy sessions. This includes exercise programs, hydrotherapy, play skills postural management and pain management services. We are able to assist with equipment prescription and can assist with trials and funding application support.We work with you, and those supporting you so you can be the best in your 1 life!
