ID&C are a small, ethical, and participant focused group of Support Coordinators in Newcastle, NSW. We provide Capacity Building services to people with a disability under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). After many years of meetings with NDIS Participants, their carers and stakeholders, the NDIA, community and mainstream supports as well as other providers, Independent Development and Coordination was successfully established in 2022. We deliver high quality, experienced and consistent team-based Support Coordination. With a focus on enabling people with a disability to recognise that they have complete choice, control, and autonomy in all aspects of their lives by supporting and increasing their ID&C.
