Provides personal care, assisted transport, medication prompting, domestic assistance, assistance with shopping, respite in home and out of home, meal preparation, social support and more. Services also provided privately as well as through a brokerage model with other providers in the area. Essential Care focuses on providing continuity of care and flexibility for our Clients.
