Riverina Connect provides personalised NDIS support to participants in Coleambally and surrounding communities. We build confidence, independence and life skills through tailored one-on-one and small group supports. Our services include assistance with daily living, community participation, Support Coordination, Living Skills sessions, Thursday Social Days, cooking, gardening, creative activities and nature-based experiences. We work closely with families, allied health professionals and other providers to deliver high-quality, person-centred support that helps participants achieve their goals and enjoy meaningful connections within their community.
