Charlestown Caring Group provides support for older people, people with a disability and their carers. We offer Commonwealth Home Support (CHSP) services including Social Support for individuals and groups, NDIS Services, delivered as per your individualised plan and private services for lawn and yard maintenance, domestic assistance and clinical care. We have an experienced and dedicated team of Support Staff and Volunteers. Feel free to contact us if you would like to know more about how we can support you to remain living independently at home. We are open 5 days a week from 7am to 5pm, we have an after-hours on call service 7 days a week with support from a registered nurse.
