SNAP Programs is a registered not-for-profit organisation dedicated to supporting children, young people, and adults with disabilities via a variety of tailored programs. Our offerings include Supported Independent Living, various camps like SNAP Kids Camps and SNAP Weekenders for Adults, plus specialised weekend programs like Whipper-Snapper and Seasoned-Snapper Weekends. SNAP Programs provide Coordination of Supports and mentoring services to promote community participation. Approved by the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) and the Office of Children's Guardian (OCG), SNAP Programs collaborates with organisations and families to design flexible, individualised programs to help participants achieve their personal goals
