Keeping socially active is essential to every aspect of our health. At Heart and Soul, we support your social activities as part of your health and wellbeing Our services can include • Accompanied activities: such as assisting with accompanied shopping, bill-paying, attending to personal appointments or to accompany you to a new activity or event for support etc. • Social visiting: a Heart and Soul Community Support worker will visit you in your home, who may not be unable to venture out in the community for social interaction.
