Carolina Pagotto offers a supportive environment for individuals across the lifespan (children from the age of 6) seeking guidance through various life challenges. Carolina utilises a client-centred approach drawing from a variety of evidence-based approaches including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, IFS (Internal Family Systems), Gestalt Therapy, Mindfulness, Sandplay Therapy and Psychotherapy. Carolina accepts GP Mental Health Care Plans and referrals for NDIS participants who are self-managed and plan-managed. Current wait time for a session - 1-2 weeks. Telehealth available
