Sydney disability support services from The Junction Works help people build independence and achieve their goals. As an NDIS registered provider based in Austral, we offer Disability Day Programs focused on community participation, immersive learning, and creative skills including cooking, gardening, arts, and digital media. We provide Supported Independent Living (SIL) across Sydney and Western Sydney, giving participants safe, social homes with meaningful outings and daily living support. Our Allied Health team delivers occupational therapy, physiotherapy, speech pathology, psychology, and behaviour support. We also offer Support Coordination and a free NDIS Assistance Program to make navigating the NDIS easier.
