Tamsin’s Psychology offers services for individuals experiencing depression, stress and anxiety, as well as symptoms of trauma, PTSD, ADHD and other mental health concerns. Tamsin welcomes children, adolescents and adults to her private rooms in Albion Park and is committed to providing everyone with a safe and supportive environment. She conducts counselling, utilising EMDR, schema therapy, DBT and CBT. For those that don’t enjoy treatment within an office, Tamsin offers nature based therapy in an outdoor environment.
