Whilst at DMA, in addition to utilising Clinical Pilates as a treatment for injuries, Rachel assisted in the teaching of Pilates courses to fitness instructors. In 2008 Rachel returned full time to Sports Medicine and commenced teaching individual and group Clinical Pilates classes. Rachel enjoys treating a variety of musculoskeletal injuries, particularly spinal injuries.
