Our Home & Community Services assist you with your daily living activities to maintain your independence and ability to live at home, and to help you remain connected to your community. We make this possible through individually planned and coordinated Home & Community Services packages. We work as a team; you and your family together with Southern Cross Care staff and any other relevant person you wish to include.

Keep your home your castle We know that there is no place like home and that you value your independence. However, as you get older, you may need a little help to continue living independently at home. Whatever form of home care assistance you need, RFBI Care at Home is here to help. Our passionate and dedicated team will work with you to identify your goals and ensure you receive the care, services and equipment you need to keep living the life you want. The range of care, services and equipment you can purchase through your home care package is almost limitless. If it helps you live well, is related to your care needs, and you have the funds available, you can receive it.

We offer affordable and flexible home care services for private clients and people with Home Care Packages. Our services are affordable and customisable. We also offer private fee-for-service care, meaning you can access the care you need right away, while you wait for home care assessment or if you are not eligible for Government Home Care packages. We do not charge clients extra fees for the services we provide. . We also provide at home massage services, Reflexology and physiotherapy services at very affordable prices.

Our goal is to keep you happy, healthy and living independently in your own home for as long as possible. From transport to companionship, physiotherapy to meal preparation, we offer a whole range of services enabling you to continue living in the comfort of your own home, in your own community.
