Employ for Ability is an innovative social business focused on helping individuals and organisations understand the benefits of hiring neurodivergent people as part of their social inclusion and diversity programs. We provide autism awareness training and coaching. We also work with adults who have an autism diagnosis or identify as neurodivergent by providing training and work experience to obtain and maintain employment. We run a SLES (School Leaver Employment Support) program for young adults who have recently finished school and have an NDIS plan. We also have social groups such as Dungeons and Dragons, chess and Art that focus on skills such as problem solving and effective communication as well as developing connections.
