Nanna’s Touch was established in 2013 to assist carers and families needing support and assistance in the areas of disability, including mental health, loneliness and disadvantaged. It has now expanded to become a whole-of-community support network for anyone within Lithgow and outer lying areas, needing a helping hand or social connection. With a focus as an ‘all-inclusive’ community connection.
