Nanna’s Touch was established in 2013 to assist carers and families needing support and assistance in the areas of disability, including mental health, loneliness and disadvantaged. It has now expanded to become a whole-of-community support network for anyone within Lithgow and outer lying areas, needing a helping hand or social connection. With a focus as an ‘all-inclusive’ community connection. By providing a wide range of services for support, guidance, and friendship. - including a weekly social group, - assorted creative craft classes, - assortment of wellness educational and disability support workshops, - all aspects of our community, for adults of all ages. - food Rescue hampers, -Community Kitchen meals, -and more
